WHEREAS by Section 11 of the Real Estate Act, the Real Estate Council of Alberta has the authority to make bylaws;
At its meeting on July 3, 2012 Council passed a motion to amend Section 36(1) of the Bylaws to read:
“The Council shall establish a hearing panel roster consisting of council members, industry members, past council members or members of the public.”
