NOTE: Effective July 1 through to September 30, the licensing fee for each individual class of licence is reduced to $275. The REIX premium, if applicable, is also reduced to $100. This fee reduction applies to new industry professionals and existing professionals who have not been registered in the current licensing year. The Assurance Fund levy does not change.

Renewal fees that are paid in advance in August/September are subject to the licensing fees established for the upcoming licensing period.

Licensing fees are non-refundable where an authorization has been issued. All other licensing fee refunds are subject to a 2.5% administrative fee.

Application Review* – new brokerage licence applicants must pay a $350 non-refundable application review fee.
Reinstatement** – applies to individuals reinstating with a brokerage within 36 months of the date they were last licensed with a brokerage and who have not been licensed since October 1, 2021.
Reinstatement (Same Licensing Year)***– applies to individuals who have been licensed with a brokerage on or after October 1, 2021, who are wishing to cancel their licence with an existing brokerage and transfer or immediately reinstate their licence with another brokerage or reinstate their licence with a brokerage at a later date prior to September 30, 2022.
