Annual Report

Section 16 of the Real Estate Act requires RECA to provide an Annual Report to the Minister of Service Alberta. The report must include licensing and disciplinary numbers, list the member of Council and RECA officers, the particulars of the Consumer Protection Fund, and any other information Council deems relevant. Council must also provide audited financial statements summarizing the income and expenditures of Council
