Industry Updates and Course Changes

RECA is committed to ensuring course providers have all relevant information to ensure their courses adequately educate prospective licensees on providing competent service to protect the public.

RECA directly informs currently recognized course providers of changes to requirements in advance of the requirements coming into effect. Course providers can also review the information below for a summary of upcoming and recent changes that may affect their course lesson plans and materials.

Condominium Management Competency Blueprints

  • approved

Real Estate Act Rules Amendments

  • in consultation

  • deadlines for incorporating updated requirements will be communicated as amendments are approved

Residential Measurement Standard (RMS) Improvements

  • incorporated into courses and exams by March 24, 2024

 

Graduated Licensing for Condominium Managers Introduced
