Licensing & Renewals

Licensing is the foundation on which much of RECA’s other work is built. Industry professionals must hold a licence and renew their authorization every year by September 30.

RECA uses its licensing processes to ensure real estate, mortgage, property management, and real estate appraisal professionals will be able to work competently and professionally.
