Due To COVID-19, Yardstick Has Extended Their Test Centre Closure Till May 22, 2020

Due to COVID-19, Yardstick has made the decision to extend the closure of their test centre network until May 22, 2020.

What does this mean for you?

You will not be able to book or write your exams until the exam centres re-open. RECA is monitoring the situation and will advise learners when they can book exams.

If your course/program expiration date falls between March 16 – June 6 you will receive an additional 30 days from the date the test centres re-open to write your exams. RECA will reflect this in your expiration date.

Please note the following:
Real Estate Associates Program
The Real Estate Associates Program (REAP) consists of the Fundamentals of Real Estate and one Practice course (residential, commercial, property management, or rural). REAP including exams must be completed within 18 months from enrollment in the Fundamentals of Real Estate.

Mortgage Associates Program
The Mortgage Associates Program (MAP) consists of the Fundamentals of Mortgage Brokerage and the Practice of Mortgage Brokerage (through AMBA). MAP including exams must be completed within 12 months from enrollment in the Fundamentals of Mortgage Brokerage.
