Condominium Manager Competencies Survey

|

RECA, in collaboration with condominium management subject matter experts and leading competencies expert, CamProf, has developed a set of competencies all condominium managers must have to best protect the public as they perform their duties. The competencies will form the core of condominium manager education standards going forward, and will be used as a framework by third-party education providers as they develop courses for approval by the Residential Property Manager Industry Council.

The competencies will be used by regulators, educators, examiners, employers, individual condominium managers, and those seeking to obtain a licence in Alberta.

RECA would like condominium stakeholder feedback on these proposed competencies. Please take a moment to complete the online survey at the links below, and let us know your thoughts on what competencies a condominium manager should have in order to best protect the public.

The survey will take you about 30 minutes to complete. If you are unable to complete the entire survey in one sitting, you can exit and resume later by using the same link. You can also review and edit your answers on previous pages of the survey. Note that you cannot access your survey on a different device once you have started it. For example, if you started the survey on your desktop and subsequently access the link on your smart phone, your previous responses will not be accessible.

Please ensure you complete the appropriate survey for your condominium manager role by March 19, 2020.
