Renewal fees that are paid in advance in August/September are subject to the licensing fees established for the upcoming licensing period.
Licensing fees are non-refundable where an authorization has been issued. All other licensing fee refunds are subject to a 2.5% administrative fee.
Please note: Real Estate Assurance Fund contributions paid as part of licence renewal or reinstatement during the 2026-2027 licensing year do not fund RECA’s operations or regulatory activities. These fees are deposited directly into the Real Estate Assurance Fund, which is separate from RECA’s operating budget.
