The real estate appraisal industry is comprised of real estate appraiser candidates and real estate appraisers. When candidates want to become appraisers, they must apply to RECA to change their licence class.

If you change your business information, such as the company you work for or your business contact information, you must provide RECA with a written request to update this information. Send an email to email@example.com.
