Gregory Brodeur - Mortgage Broker Licence Suspension
Calgary, Alberta - On September 1, 2011, pursuant to s.38.1(1)(c) of the Real Estate Act Rules, the Executive Director of the Real Estate Council of Alberta suspended the licence of Gregory Brodeur, a broker registered with Asset Capital Mortgage Corporation operating in Edmonton. The suspension resulted from Gregory Brodeur’s failure to pay or make satisfactory arrangements to pay an outstanding administrative penalty.As a result of this suspension, Gregory Brodeur may not deal in mortgages as a mortgage broker in Alberta at this time.
