Part 6 - General Section 80 - Certificate Evidence
80
A certificate or other document purporting to be signed by
(a)
a member of the Council or of the board of governors of
the Foundation,
(b)
the chair of a Hearing Panel or Appeal Panel, or
(c)
the executive director
is admissible in evidence as proof, in the absence of evidence to the
contrary, of its contents without proof of the appointment or the
signature of the person signing it.
