Part 2 - Regulation of Business of an Industry Member Section 21 - Action for Money
21(1)
No action may be brought for a commission or for other remuneration for services rendered in connection with a transaction in the business of an industry member unless, at the time of rendering the services, the person bringing the action
(a)
was the holder of the appropriate authorization issued by the Council authorizing that person to render those services, or
(b)
was exempt from the authorization requirements.
(2)
The Court may on application stay an action under subsection (1) at any time.
