Part 1 - Real Estate Council of Alberta Section 15 - Delegation of Authority
15(1)
The Council may delegate in writing to any officer or employee of the Council or any other person any or all of its powers, duties or responsibilities under this Act, except
(a)
its power to make rules or bylaws, or
(b)
any power, duty or responsibility under Part 3.
(2)
The Council may, when delegating a matter, authorize the further delegation of the matter.
(3)
A delegation may be made subject to any terms and conditions the Council considers appropriate.
