| 14(1) |
The Council |
| |
(a) |
shall |
| |
|
(i) |
make copies of its bylaws and rules available to industry members, and |
| |
|
(ii) |
on request make copies of its rules available to members of the public, |
| |
and |
|
|
| |
(b) |
may make other information relating to matters under the jurisdiction of the Council available to members of the public. |
| (2) |
The Council may charge reasonable fees for the provision of information under this section. |
