WHEREAS by Section 11 of the Real Estate Act, the Real Estate Council of Alberta has the authority to make bylaws;
At its meeting on May 5, 2010 Council passed a motion to amend the bylaws as follows:
- s. 36(1) is amended to read:
The Council shall establish a hearing panel roster consisting of council members, industry members or past public council members.
- Sections 33 and 34 are deleted.
