If you are considering hiring a real estate professional to assist you in a purchase or sale, check the RECA website for any disciplinary action that may have been taken against the person with whom you wish to work.

Interview some options – talk to the various industry professionals who you are considering hiring. Make sure they have the experience, background and knowledge necessary to assist you in your purchase or sale. Feel free to ask for references from past clients.
